September is National Yoga Month
If you read this blog, you know that I’m always searching for ways for people to make new friends. Joining a yoga class is a great way to improve your health and emotional well-being—and connect with people.
As part of National Yoga Month, new members can take advantage of yoga classes in more than 1600 participating locations around the country. Many community colleges, gyms, and adult extension programs also offer yoga locally.
